About Andra

Want to know a little more about me?

My Philosophy: There is no denying that technology has made life better for all of us, especially those of us in real estate. But I've come to understand that while computers may give my customers an edge, they can't begin to replace the human aspect of the business. I've built my business on the concept of "high touch," and to me that means being available to my clients, armed with the information they need and equipped with the integrity on which they can rely. There is a human element present in each and every real estate transaction. It's not all just contracts, negotiations, offers, and counteroffers. A good agent recognizes the emotional needs of buyers and sellers and works to satisfy those desires. When you work with me, you can be assured I'll take the time to get to know you, as a person and as a family, and that I'll address all that you hope to accomplish professionally and personally. I truly believe that if I treat my clients the way I would like to be treated, I will spend less time generating new business and have more time to take care of my clients. High tech is something I offer. High touch is something I live. They make a nice combination!

Experience: I'm a professional sales associate with over eight years experience in real estate. I specialize in residential property sales in the community. I have experience, knowledge and kind of caring attitude to help you reach your real estate goals and to develop a sound financial future. I believe that buying and selling real estate should be a smooth and pleasant experience. That's why it's important to hire an experienced professional.

Past sales representatives for Dexter Crossing in Dexter and Calhoun Farm Estates in Clinton.

Awards: Since I entered the real estate field, I've been the recipient of numerous awards for top productivity and superior service.

  • Twenty Million Dollar Award
  • Over10 million in sales in 2006 with 69 transactions
  • Leaders Forum Award
Although recognition in the industry is important, I gain the most satisfaction from helping people accomplish their goals.Education: My education has prepared me to handle all types of residential property transactions. No home is too big or too small. By attending courses, seminars and workshops in real estate, and maintaining ongoing relationships with real estate attorneys, I ensure that my clients are informed and comfortable with their decision. Some of the education I've complete include:
  • GRI Designation (graduated from Graduate Realtor Institute, January, 2003)
  • E-Pro Designation
  • Accredited Buyer Representation
Community Involvement: I am a long time resident of this community and looking forward to filling you in on all of the little details that make this community so unique.
